Maithri Annual General Body meeting will be held on 4th July 2009 at Hotel Belson Taj, Mini Hall, 4th Floor, Secunderabad at 1930 Hrs.

All the Maithri Members are requested to attend the AGM. The Agenda for the Meeting is:

 

1) Presentation & Passing of Accounts for the Years 2007-2008 & 2008-2009.

2) Selection of New Office Bearers.
